How to Find the Right Home

Looking for a home? You can Search the MLS ® for All-Types of properties right here on our website! You can either search yourself or have us personally look for a Home, Lot or Acreage that matches your criteria… for free and without obligation. 

We don’t want you to be hassled or rushed, so please feel free to just browse around and check out our website. It’s a great way to get started, but it can also be a bit overwhelming, and you may not find exactly what you’re looking for right away. At some point along the way, if you decide you need help, please contact us. We’d like to assist you in the initial stages, with no pressure or obligation. We can create custom property searches, matching detailed search criteria (more criteria than you can enter in national search databases) and e-mail you links to properties that might work for you. The e-mail links include photos, descriptions, addresses and driving directions! If you’re in the area, you may want to spend a weekend driving by the properties that are most interesting to you… by yourself, with no pressure from us! 

When you are ready to see some of your favorite homes in person, we’ll be here. In the meantime, we can correspond by e-mail and/or phone, all at your pace. This is a totally FREE service and you are under no obligation to us. We promise you won’t find any high-pressure sale tactics at Florida Real Estate 24/7 – just GREAT service and experienced real estate agents. 

As professional Realtors, we make it our business to be aware of every local home or property on the market. We even know of properties that will become available, but have yet to formally be placed on the market. We have direct access to the MLS ® (Multiple Listings Service) and to each and every Realtor® in the area and all of their listings. 

If you give us some idea of what you are looking for, we will personally review all our sources of real estate listing information and send you everything within your price range that matches your criteria. It will save you a great deal of time!
